100 gr bag. Once the spirulina is dried, we reduce it to a cold powder and vacuum pack it for a better conservation. A bag of 100 gr is for a cure of 3 weeks to 1 month, at a rate of 3 gr per day (a big teaspoon). The powder can be consumed in different ways: you can put it in a yoghurt, in your plate of raw vegetables or soup (not too hot). Avoid cooking spirulina (loss of properties...). The powder bags are not vacuum-packed, only sealed. Enjoy!
