Fresh spirulina paste
Good fresh paste straight from the reservoirs, delicious! After harvesting on a 25µ sieve, the spirulina is pressed by vacuum to extract the culture medium, this gives this beautiful and good paste.
It is a gentle process which avoids the bursting of the cells and respects the quality of the product. The paste obtained is very good to eat but is hard to preserve which is why we transform it immediately into 'spaghetti' that we dry at low temperature (max 35°) and which slightly crushed give our flakes.
